Rebekah Gay is shown here in this undated photo provided by the Isabella County, Mich., Sheriffs Department. John D. White, who is reportedly an ex-con and central Michigan pastor, is accused of beating and strangling Gay to fulfill a sexual fantasy. White was arraigned Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 on first-degree murder charges. White reportedly told investigators he repeatedly struck Gay's head with a mallet then strangled her with a zip tie at her mobile home.

Guess now we need to check the criminal histories of pastors?? WTH??
Talk about illogical! Who can you trust?
Note to self*** no zip ties allowed in my house!!

"Limestone County Sheriff's Department said 19-year-old Campbell crashed his car into a ravine Saturday on Interstate 65 northbound at the 365 mile marker, and he has been there since. They said he climbed to the top of the ravine and was found Tuesday near the state line on the side of the interstate. A motorist called 911 to report a wreck when they saw Campbell slumped under the guard rail.

First responders said Campbell asked for some water and to talk to his parents. He used an emergency worker's cell phone to call his mother from the side of the road.

Campbell told them his leg was broken and his shoulder hurt. The injured teen kept thanking God he was alive as first responders checked him out. He was taken to Huntsville Hospital.

The Kendall County sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing or runaway 13-year-old girl who was last seen by her family early Sunday morning at her Boulder Hill subdivision home.

Deputies said family members of Reyna Martinez, of the 0-99 block of Longbeach Road, said the girl has a history of depression, and was a possible runaway.

Friends of the girl said she had been planning to run away, but were unsure of where she was headed. She told friends she might be going to Texas, deputies said.

Deputies said a male friend of Martinez reported dropping the teen off near her home at 12:55 a.m. Monday, and that she was last seen walking toward her home. Martinez’s mother said she never arrived. No foul play is suspected at this time, deputies said.

A 13 yo out at 1 AM??
Where are her parents?
Wouldn't matter if male or female, this CHILD should not be out at this time of night!
Reported repeated runs? Has anyone asked what she was running from since most teens run from something not to something.

Something is screwy in this household. It needs investigation.

NORCROSS, Ga. -- A 14-year-old girl who disappeared from Glennville, Ga. Saturday has been found safe in Norcross.

~Snipped~

Initially, Glennville Police said the teen was abducted by a 24-year-old man who was considered armed and dangerous. A Levi's Call, which is Georgia's version of an AMBER Alert for abducted children, was issued Sunday.

On Monday, GBI spokesman John Bankhead said the teen willingly left with the man, who was later identified as Raymundo Aranda-Parra. Norcross Police said the two met in a MocoSpace chat room and carried on a 7 month relationship.

According to the GBI, the girl initially said she was 19. When Aranda-Parra showed up at the 14 year old's home on Saturday, her parents tried to drive him away, but she hopped in his pickup truck and left with him. Norcross Police said this may not have been the first time the two had met in person.

Citizens in 15 states file petitions to secede from United States

Secession November 11, 2012 By: Joe Newby

As a result of Tuesday's election, Americans in 15 states have filed petitions to secede from the United States, Regina Conley reported at Red Alert Politics on Saturday.

So far, she says, residents in Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Colorado, New Jersey and ten other states, have filed petitions at the White House petition site requesting secession. A petition for New York to secede was file by "C R" of Grand Forks, North Dakota on Saturday.

Examiner's Sheila Carroll says those other states include Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Oregon.

Julie-
Wow. I know many other states had filed for sovereignty a few years ago. It was because of the borders, gun control, and eminent domain (feds wanting to claim land with the states). Obama health care has tossed a new ringer in the ring. And the fed elections observers (read that UN) along with Agenda 21 has stressed many.

The states from your listing:
Alabama
Colorado
Florida
Georgia
Indiana
Kentucky
Louisiana
Mississippi
Montana
New Jersey
N Carolina
N. Dakota
Oregon
Texas

Freckles - this may be waaaay out there, but I've often thought that what they should do is whichever candidate a state votes for, by popular vote...not that electoral crap, that is who that state gets. There would be 2 acting Presidents. Shocked If your state ends up with who you didn't want, then move to a different state.

Cool

Paula Broadwell's speech in Denver: Nov 1, 2012

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPaf5OJSskY

Husband is career miliatary; has two children (5 and 6)
West Point, Georgetown, FBI, Denver, Harvard, later Kennedy School at Harvard,
Tufts school (Fletcher school--- terrorism studies)

She was an analyst working in terrorist negotiations. Heavy into Iraq.
Said: No weapons of mass destruction, no exit plan from Iraq; started working with Gen P, the Dept of Defense; we had no plans to assist populace only kill the enemy.

16.00: She speaks of writing the dissertation on Gen P. Said they were both "runners".
They would go for runs from the Pentagon. She would tape him as they were running.
He was going through radiation treatment for prostate cancer. (And he is having sex with her? Huh???)

Speaks Arabic.

21:00: Gen P did NOT want to continue the "boots on the ground"--- emptying killing and high military cost: 500 Billion already spent in Afghanistan; Gen P felt war was changing and wanted more covert wars, not overall wars; he felt the CIA would be the best place for his employment.

22: 30: 7,000 have died in Afghanistan; 44,000 have serious wounds or amputations; 450,000 have both Irag and Afghanistan suffer post traumatic shock/ brain injury.
She donates some of book proceeds to Wounded Warrior, encourages the hiring of the Vet.

Q & A
31:00: She speaks of her desire to continue to work with gov't on rebuilding societies; she wanted to work with a larger panel for the NSA on rebuilding; Afghanistan has had war for over 30 years--- they have no gov't.

35:00: BENGHAZI: Ambassador and a "couple of CIA- security forces" were killed;
ground forces at the CIA annex, different than the embassy grounds, were requesting reinforcements; we had forces (the Extremist forces) could have come to reinforce when the embassy was under attack; CIA annex had taken a couple of Libyan militia as prisoners, the attack on the consulate may have been an attempt to free the prisoners. Gen P, in CIA, is not allowed to communicate with the press, Gen P had persons there within 24 hours; the muslim video sparked demonstrations in 22 countries around the world; about 19,000 women have been raped or sexually abused in the military.

I don't think she would throw it all away. Let's wag the dog. Both of these persons are FALL GUYS, IMO.

Paula stated she had met Gen P after he had begun radiation treatment for prostate cancer. I find it VERY unlikely she was intimate with him due to his health. Further, she has two very young children, her military career she has spent decades working on, and her husband's military career. I don't see her as some "fluzzy" an am tired of women being labeled as such. This is an insult to every one of us! We are NOT Monicas and Gen P is not Bill; Many women have or had very important careers/futures as well higher values.

Sex and Prostate Cancer;

http://www.hisprostatecancer.com/sex-after-prostate-cancer.html

Following a nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy, recovery from impotence (if it's a problem) generally happens slowly over time. Try to be patient. When it comes to sex and prostate cancer, the recovery process may take as long as several years. In fact, a recent study showed that it can take up to 4 years for men to see the most improvement in their sexual function after surgery for prostate cancer. So don't stop trying, even if your man may continue to have problems getting or maintaining a “stuffable erection” for sexual intercourse on his own. Our article about penile rehabilitation explains why having regular sex after prostate cancer treatment is so important.

Following radiation therapy, if impotence becomes a problem, it typically develops over time. During hormone therapy, a man may lose his interest in sex, as well as have erection problems. This can be difficult for both men and their wives/partners. This article can help you understand what your man may be feeling about his loss of libido.
Sex and prostate cancer: it's not just a physical problem

From a psychological standpoint, there are other issues that may come into play during sex after prostate cancer. Some men may fear they won’t be able to get an erection, or feel like a failure if they can’t perform. Impotence—even if temporary—can be a big blow to a man’s sense of manhood. Worry and stress only add to the problem.

This was not posted at the time... but wanted to post this so we can compare what happens with these parents and Cassidy Goodison (14 yr old girl who pry'd infant out with scissors)

An unnamed baby boy, at least 2 days old, was submerged in water, strangled, wrapped in a towel, and then put into a freezer inside an East Toledo home, officials said.

Lucas County Deputy Coroner Dr. Cynthia Beisser officially ruled the death a homicide Tuesday after results from DNA tests conclusively determined parentage.

The infant's parents, Kenisha Pruitt, 20, and Antonio Cervantes, 18, are being held in the Lucas County jail.

Jury begins deliberating in Tata murder trial

She was charged with murder after four children died in a fire at her west Houston home day care in February 2011.

Elias Castillo, Elizabeth Kojah, Kendyll Stradford and Shomari Dickerson died in the blaze.

She left seven children home alone and with oil cooking on a stove burner while she went out to the store. Three children were hurt in the blaze.

This trial was for the death of Elias.

I am so frustrated with many of the news postings about child abuse and murder cases. So few details in many of these stories.

The baby in the freezer... All it says is that a baby was discovered in a freezer where the suspected parents lived together. I wanna WHO found the baby.

So many times these stories are like a hit and run. As if the reporting media has no time to give any thught to the abused or deceased child/children.

Petition for Texas to secede from US reaches threshold for White House response

By Vignesh Ramachandran

An online petition that calls for the state to Texas to withdraw from the U.S. and create its own government on Monday reached the required signature threshold to receive an official response from The White House.

The petition on WhiteHouse.gov asks the Obama administration to "peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government." The petition had surpassed 34,000 signatures as of Monday evening. It was created by a person self-identified only as "Micah H." from Arlington, Texas.

snipped:

Similar petitions from other states have also been filed including: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee. However, unlike the petition from Texas, none of these states had reached the 25,000-signature threshold to get an official White House response as of Monday evening.

Texas:
" we petition the obama administration to:
Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.

The state marijuana laws:

" we petition the obama administration to:
Support a law protecting states' rights to legalize, regulate and tax marijuana like alcohol.

Citizens in Colorado and Washington overwhelmingly voted to legalize, regulate and tax marijuana in similar fashion as the more hazardous substance, alcohol, is already legalized, regulated and taxed. We request the president support a federal law requiring the federal government to protect - rather than undermine or overturn - these state laws and similar laws that other states pass in the future. Specifically, we request the president to support a pending congressional proposal that would amend the federal pre-emption section of the Controlled Substances Act (section 903) to exempt from the act any state provisions "relating to marijuana."

Alaska petitions:
" we petition the obama administration to:
Allow Alaskans a free and open election to decide whether or not Alaska should Secede from the United States.

There is a commonly held belief across Alaska, that the US Constitution has been set aside, and other then ourselves, there are no protections to the liberty and freedoms we are to have as our continued inheritance since the formation of the Union of the "several States". Our main "goal" is a legal vote and ballot; one that was not given in 1958 and was in violation of International Law and Treaty. Alaskans were robbed of the choices we were to have as a non-self-governing territory, and steam-rolled into the current classification of a State. The Native population of Alaska, in a large percentage, did not even receive a ballot because of the Federal Voting Rights Act in place. Alaskans now seek to a statewide free election to decide whether Alaska should be a free and Independent Nation.

After confusion, jurors find Tata guilty of murder for day care fire that killed 4 children .
They began the sentencing phase of the trial Tuesday afternoon. Prosecutors are expectded to call 20 witnesses, including parents of the victims. Tata faces from five years to life in prison.

Elias Castillo, Elizabeth Kojah, Kendyll Stradford and Shomari Dickerson were trapped inside the burning day care in February 2011.

This trial was for the death of 15-month-old Elias, the youngest victim. His relatives broke down in tears when the verdict was read

Elmo puppeteer's accuser recants allegations of underage sexual relationship

By Gael Fashingbauer Cooper, TODAY

The man who said he was underage when he had a sexual relationship with "Sesame Street" puppeteer Kevin Clash has now recanted that claim, the law firm representing him said on Tuesday.

The Pennsylvania law firm Andreozzi & Associates issued a statement reading, "This office represented the 23-year-old man who was the subject of many media reports regarding Kevin Clash. He wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. He will have no further comment on the matter."

In a statement of his own, Clash, 52, the puppeteer and voice behind popular red Muppet Elmo, said, "I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further."

Palmyra man charged in attempted abduction at UVa

Posted: Tuesday, November 13, 2012 10:05 pm | Updated: 10:24 pm, Tue Nov 13, 2012.

K. Burnell Evans

Matthew Rene Beaulieu was having a bad day.

That’s what the Palmyra man told police when asked why he tried to handcuff a teenager and drag her into his 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe just after midnight Friday, according to court records filed Tuesday.

Beaulieu, 26, told investigators he dropped the cuffs in his rush to force a 19-year-old University of Virginia student into the red SUV, where he had restraints, duct tape and a butcher’s knife waiting, court documents state. The woman escaped with only minor scrapes and bruises.

Police arrested Beaulieu on Interstate 64 near Exit 120 moments after the woman called 911. He is charged with felony abduction with intent to defile.

snipped:

Authorities said there was no connection between this case and the Oct. 17, 2009, abduction of Morgan Harrington outside John Paul Jones Arena. Her remains were found several months later. Investigators have identified no suspects in that case.

102-Year-Old Woman Still Drives Her 82-Year-Old Car

She's held her driver's license for 90 years

Posted: Sep 18, 2012
By: AOL Autos Staff

Most classic car owners are accustomed to the unusual looks other motorists cast toward their relics on the road. But when Margaret Dunning is behind the wheel of her 1930 Packard 740 Roadster, she draws more attention than her vehicle.

Dunning, age 102, may be one of a small handful of classic-car drivers who can lay claim to the fact they're older than their vehicles.

She was born in 1910, and lives in Plymouth, Michigan, twenty years before her beloved Packard. She's been driving since she was 8 years old, and officially received her license at 12, after her father died.

Lawyers won’t call experts to defend Baby Crystal’s mother

Case against Katie L. Stockton continues slow march toward trial

By Jeff Kolkey
RRSTAR.COM
Posted Nov 13, 2012 @ 05:09 PM

Katie L. Stockton enters Judge John Truitt's courtroom Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at the Winnebago County Courthouse in Rockford.

~Snipped~

Stockton was arrested in summer 2009 on allegations that she left a newborn infant authorities dubbed “Crystal Doe” to die in freezing temperatures Dec. 17, 2004.

It took five years to finally obtain DNA evidence that Winnebago County Sheriff’s Police detectives used to connect Stockton to the baby. She had been found dead on a roadside near the Stockton family’s rural Rockton home.

~Snipped~

Stockton made a tearful appearance before Truitt Oct. 4 as she entered a not guilty plea to all charges under a new bill of indictment. New charges were necessary because there is no longer a death penalty in Illinois and it was originally charged as a death penalty case.

Those charges were mostly replaced with charges that are instead punishable by life in prison.

Still, none of the charges reference the remains of two additional infant girls found decomposed in the trunk of Stockton’s impounded Saturn. Information about the infant girls has been barred from the trial and there is no evidence to prove they were born alive.

Secession petitions update: 50 states petition White House to secede from Union (Video)

Secession petitions
November 14, 2012
By: Charisse Van Horn

On November 14, 2012, Daily Caller announced that the White House website “We the People” has received secession petitions from all 50 states. The petitions were filed and signed by those who are apprehensive regarding President Obama’s re-election and feel their state would be better off separated from the Union and operating as its own government. What started as several petitions voicing outcry and disappointment in the 2012 election results has quickly blossomed into a nationwide phenomenon detailing the outrage, fear and trepidation many hold regarding four more years under an Obama administration.

I am missing two states from my count, Vermont and New Mexico.

It is not so much disappoint in the election results as calling/confirming an election LONG before ALL the votes were counted. Why bother voting and telling us our votes are important IF they are going to call it before all votes are in and counted? Some of the ballot boxes were never returned; some states had vast precincts of only one candidate receiving any votes, which is highly unlikely but to have 3-4 precincts this way is unlikely. And, again, many of our military never even got their ballots.

Outside of the the counting of the votes, the electoral college, proof of citizenship, calling in foreigners to "monitor" our election, etc., all were troublesome for many of the voters. If the election procedures had been more plainly honest then the past history of this president may not have been called into question but it is the history of the man which created the vote.

Re the person elected:
Borders, "Fast and Furious", Obamacare, the bailout, taxes, unemployment, coal industry, fuel costs, social security benefits and the comment the government built our small businesses, we didn't. I could list about 50 issues of accountability.

Obama will be addressing the nation shortly.

This is the second petition Alaska has submitted.
" WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:
ALLOW ALASKA TO SECEDE FROM A DYSFUNCTIONAL UNION.
As an American Veteran on behalf of the U.S. Constitution, the Republic, the Rule of Law, and equal justice for all freedom loving citizens of the United States of America hereby declare that the Federal Government allow Alaska to peacefully secede from a dysfunctional Union that is run by corrupt politicians who buy the votes of individuals who can no longer be seen as American citizens but rather, slaves to a tyrant.

We who took the oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, now declare Washington DC to be the domestic enemy to the freedom and liberty of all Alaskans and indeed, 50% of the free citizens of the USA. Therefore, we declare our secession in support of the US Constitution. LET MY PEOPLE GO!"

First press meet in 8 months

Obama spoke on the tax bills and opened it for Q & A:

-- Classified info disclosed? NO; ongoing investigation, FBI has its own protocols, Gen P had extraordinary career but did not meet the standards and stepped down; FBI has its own protocols; Pres is not supposed to meddle in the procedures;

-- Bush era tax cuts : Said he would not extend and he did; what is different? More jobs have been created, economy is growing now; can't afford extending cuts for wealthy any longer; will create more jobs, encourage spending by NOT taxing lower incomes; wants to eliminate deductions, reduce "entitlements"; will not extend/can't afford tax cuts; closing loop holes rather than raising taxes ? No; he will not extend further as it is a a trillion dollar tax the gov't needs; not a surprise to anybody; wealthiest must pay a little bit more; says he has a clear majority supporting him at the polls by their vote; first this tax then reduce entitlements to all; wants it done by next week;

-- Immigration reform: Obama never put a package together and send to the Hill; what will he do now? He is pleased with the Latino vote turn out; they have a sense of empowerment and Obama feels it is good for USA; wants a bill introduced by end of January; to include strong boarders, penalties for companies hiring illegals, pathway for those already here to attain citizenship--- pay a fine and back taxes; refers to the Dream Act; no cloud of deportation with young, educated, contributing members of society;

-- Are you withholding judgement on whether there was a national security breech on knowing of Gen P situation?
Obama: Is withholding judgement on the entire process of how this info was shared to him and the methods used; possible Obama, had he been told, might have been asked why he was interfering;

-- Taxes: Obama wants to hear ideas from everyone; feels it is solvable; trying to keep us from returning to recession; solves budget issue;his budget does NOT solve the problem; not trying to burden families with disabled children, families with elderly in nursing home, etc, but wants to protect middle class family and force upper class to pay their shares; feels voters spoke re these big challenges and his tax plans;

-- Have Obama and Romney sat down to discuss issues as he said he would on election day? Obama said no; he forgot! Praises Romney for how he ran the Olympics and thinks Romney has ideas the feds could implement; e interesting to talk with Romney.

-- Jobs and economy are top priorities. Congress fails to act, EVERYONE'S taxes will go up Jan 1st.

The husband of a city schoolteacher mysteriously found dead inside their Staten Island home this summer was arrested this morning for murder, The Post has learned.

~Snipped~

Mapes-Crupi, 29, was discovered in the couple’s ransacked condo on Forest Hill Road, near La Tourette Golf Course in New Springville, in a bloody scene that appeared to be a home invasion gone horribly wrong.

However, investigators have believed all along that the death was staged, sources said.

Crupi told detectives that he left home that morning to run an errand and returned around 1:50 p.m. to find his lifeless wife face-down in a pool of blood in the foyer, sources previously told The Post.

She was stabbed 15 times and there were no signs of forced entry, sources have said.

Freckles, it's all insane to say the least. I saw the NM petition earlier. Then I saw VT filed, but late. Or something like that. Seven states have 25,000+ signatures. And some guy in FL committed suicide because Obama won.

It's nuts, just nuts!

HELP BRING LISA ALTIMARI-WALLACE HOME!!! MISSING PERSON!

Published on Nov 12, 2012 by susie Thompson

The mother of missing Lisa Altimari-Wallace, age 35, has contacted the Nonprofit LostNMissing Inc, a national nonprofit which assists law enforcement and families of missing, to help locate her daughter.

According to police reports Lisa's husband stated they got into an argument on October 27, 2012 around 1 p.m. The husband stated that Lisa took off walking after she packed a small bag without any hygiene items and left on foot. She did not take her 22 month old daughter. Lisa has not shown up for work, nor has she called anyone or made any type of contact. Her mother, Barbara Covey states "I know my daughter. She would never leave her baby. I need to know where she is and what has happened to her!" Friends also state that Lisa would never abandon her young daughter and not make contact with somebody.

Wallace has hazel/green eyes and long reddish dark colored hair and is between 5'2" and 5'3". She is 35 years old, but looks much younger. She weighs approx. 150lbs and has a dolphin tattoo on her left upper arm. A Facebook page has been set titled "Missing Lisa Altimari-Wallace"

They ask anyone with information, no matter how insignificant, to please contact Eufaula PD, Detective Donald Brown (334) 687-1200, or your local authorities.

Calling John McAfee "extremely paranoid" and "bonkers," the prime minister of Belize on Wednesday urged the 67-year-old software anti-virus pioneer to come out of hiding and talk to police about the weekend slaying of his American neighbor, Reuters says.

Gregory Viant Faull, 52, was found dead Sunday with a gunshot wound to the back of his head in his home on Ambergris Caye, off the coast of Belize. His computer and cellphone were missing.

Faull, a builder from Florida, had argued with McAfee about his barking dogs. McAfee had 11 at his beachfront compound, and four were poisoned Friday night.

Belize Murder: John McAfee Tells ABC News He Is Innocent and Fearful of a 'Corrupt Government'

John McAfee

(Videos/Phone Interview)

By MATT GUTMAN and BARTLEY PRICE
Nov. 15, 2012

Tech guru John McAfee told ABC News in his first broadcast interview that he did not kill his neighbor Gregory Faull, and is now in hiding, fearful of what he calls a "corrupt government" in Belize that he believes is trying to kill him.

"I am a very nice guy and certainly innocent of the charges leveled against me," McAfee told ABC News by phone on Wednesday.

The increasingly paranoid millionaire declined to meet with ABC News for an interview.
