He told us all emphatically that Jodi did not have nightmares.

Jodi told all if those docs she didnt have nightmares.

Now we find out today she gas been screaming and yelling in her sleep for YEARS in jail!!!

IMO she was not having nightmares until she was found quilts of per-meditated murder. She lost! Now all she can DREAM about is prison and death. Good!

I really believe that both of the DT experts and the mitigation specialist should return all of the tax payers' money. They were ridiculous. Jodi is a leech and so are they.

I just don't what to think anymore?
Hopefully this time Tomorrow we can all look back on these posts and laugh at how bent outta shape we were Tonight!

One thing that is giving me hope is an article someone on Websleuths linked about another Woman Juan prosecuted in 2004 who now sits on Death Row.
The Jurors said they thought they were hopelessly deadlocked...slept on over a long Holiday weekend...
and the Vote went to 11-1 for DP.
Then they finally convinced the last hold out, a 74 yr old Woman from Gilbert AZ.

THE JUROR SAID IT WAS A MUCH MORE CONTENTIOUS DELIBERATION THAN THE VERDICT WAS.
So, hey...the Fat Lady has not yet sung!
Off to bed with a clear conscious and no real worries.(unlike someone we all know)
See ya Tomorrow...same time same channel.

They missed $2.73 off her paycheck. Had to take it to Judge Sherrie.

I want to see:
-- missing JA journal pages
--Travis' journals and/or itineraries for red letter days
--emails/phone texting for month of May from Travis
--JA's "manifesto" which I am sure she wrote as competition for Travis' book
--Bank statements for Travis from Jan-May 2013; and corresponding deposits for JA

Since she hacked TA's emails, none of them can be trusted....IMO. She could have sent them to herself from his acct.

I dunno. I am guessing some of the docs might trickle out bit by bit. The question would be to verify the authenticity of the docs at that point. Might be at a time when most of the details of the value of the docs is forgotten.

Auman--- I have long suspected JA DID plant in his accounts as she had ALL the passwords AND had been known to invade his privacy on his cell phone by even sending fake messages to people that Travis had sposedly written. She fessed up to that. Travis had spoken with others re his email account having that done as well. And he had told a female friend in May (Reagan sp) of the possibility JA might be listening in on that very phone call despite JA being a thousand miles away...

Yeah, I believe many of the Emails were just her building this fantasy relationship between the two that never existed. You have to remember you're dealing with a 28 year-old teenager, she still has a very immature attitude towards things. "I'm gonna revamp the prison system from within." Too many movies.

Unlike prison movies, she will not:
Have a pet bird or mouse.
Tunnel out with a rock hammer.
Start a prison revolt.
Bribe a guard.
Escape in the laundry truck.
Be raped by a man.
Work as the Warden's personal assistant.

This jury did indeed come to the judge and say they couldn't agree on a decision. They did NOT just ask a question. Of course, it was WAY too early in the game for them to do that. Probably tempers flared and a few fits were thrown and they were in panic/anger mode. Too bad the Alexander family had to witness this and also see Jodi laughing and talking to the deputy while this was all going on.
They SHOULD have waited and kept deliberating, and hopefully the judge has given them a reality check with what she told them, and they are trying to come to an agreement.
I said it before and I'll say it again. NO WAY should they be allowed to throw in the towel until at LEAST next week sometime.
Millions have already been spent on this trial and they have invested months of their time, not to mention the REASON for all of this; JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS.

yup..there was no question..they were at a standstill and just needed to know how to proceed..considering they worked thru lunch and continued thruout the day with no further questions I believe they are doing as she instructed and I agree with you that even if they are in same spot today they need to continue trying..tho I already said I feel 5 months is the duration I would make them keep at it..your week timeline is a tad more appropriate..lol

...Wait until this jury sees Hodi's interviews, esp. the one w/ Ryan from GMA---JUST saw the bit where he asks her if she got out someday, would anyone have to fear her.
She is cold as ice and has the exact snarky tone she used w/ Juan during his cross of her. She says "Not unless they threaten me or yell at me...etc."---Words almost identical to what she said on the stand about Juan 'yelling at her and grilling her'

Oh. My. God.

I didn't expect her to change, but when I saw this interview and her dead eyes and very cold hard voice when she said this, I was gobsmacked. It clearly shows she has NO remorse whatsoever and there was a lot of anger in her tone. NO doubt that she still hates Travis. You could feel the rage still! I do believe she re-lives the murder in her mind and enjoys every bit of it, and I am SURE that she was screaming and snarling at him like an animal all during the killing.
This made it so obvious that her 'speech' to the jury was again, all lies, and she was manipulating them again.
IF they don't give her death, I believe that when they see this interview, and maybe others, as well has learn a lot more about Jodi, they will be VERY rattled and upset with themselves.

God help us if this monster EVER gets out, and unless she gets death, that possibility always exists!
Jodi Arias CANNOT be fixed or rehabilitated. Travis said it; a veil was ripped away one day---how, we may never know---and he said "You are pure evilness".
HE SAW IT, and I do not believe Travis was in the habit of exaggerating or would ever use that description lightly.

In my mind, I can so clearly see her committing this crime, and I see the horror, pain, fear, and disbelief on Travis face, over and over.

IF this jury can't get it together and do the RIGHT thing---give her the DP, I really fear she may manipulate a parole board one day.
I know that a lot of money has been spent on this trial, but I agree with the TH who said they think if we get a hung jury Juan will not negotiate with Hodi for life. They think he will start over and try with another jury.
Maybe that IS best.
I think he could use all these interviews in court against her. THAT MIGHT BE THEIR SAVING GRACE.
I think they would scare the hell out of most members of a jury!
This woman hates the Alexander family as well, and mark my words, she WILL do whatever she can get away with to make them suffer, for as long as she is able.
If Jodi does not get the death penalty it will be disaster and misery for many, many people.

I am still praying and hoping it won't come to that, but IF....

i liked yesterday that JSS said to make a list of what is getting you caught up and the lawyers and I will go over it with you. Explain the law and how it pertains. leading them by the nose to remove their emotions and apply the law to the case to make the decision like they did with everything else... I just don't see how she thinks anyone is going to believe she is going to go in there and make all these changes with Joe in charge, i mean really? they live there and I even know his rep.... lol

ya know what burns my butt and has been for quiet some time now..How every single TH on tv and even det Flores says It is obvious from the pictures they were having sex. Did I miss the ones that show the two of em interlocked? Did I miss the ones that show em BOTH in the same picture? HELL NO I DID NOT..what I saw was pictures of a naked Travis lookin slightly annoyed taken from somewhere on the upper side of the bed and a couple other shots of that whore taken from ABOVE the bed..that does not equate to pictures of two people having flippin sex!

ok sorry bout that rant but I saw some sort of program on tv last night that was not reporting the facts at all..I do not care for friggin speculation from anybody in matters such of this but to have it reported as fact infuriates me.

Yeah you're right, it is all public. The CA was based on Ashton's book, didn't include Baez's book and version of events. Thanx for the answer

Good Morning folks, I just watched the ABC interview and 18th wow, when she said you don't need to be afraid IF you didn't abuse, yell or whatever at her. The implication is that she could do this again if she perceives you to be abusing her. You just can't make this up, she is truly a demon seed.

INFO YOU MIGHT FIND INTERESTING~THE ALLEN CHARGE
(From Wisegeek:)

"After all of the evidence and arguments have been presented in a criminal trial, the judge officially hands the case over to a jury for final deliberations. The hope is that all twelve original jurors will be able to reach a unanimous decision and render a verdict. But occasionally a jury may become so divided that a unanimous decision simply cannot be formed. The jury foreman may communicate this impasse through a note to the presiding judge. In order to avoid declaring a mistrial or hung jury, the judge may deliver what is known as the Allen charge, or dynamite charge.

The Allen charge dates back to the case of Allen Vs. United States in 1896. The courts ruled that a judge did have the right to strongly encourage deadlocked jurors to continue deliberations until a verdict is reached. Today, there are a number of variations on the original Allen charge text approved in 1896. Some of these modifications have been declared unconstitutional or prejudicial by appellate courts, so individual judges tend to use their own approved Allen charge. A judge cannot force or coerce a jury into reaching a verdict by mentioning the expenses of the trial, for example.
Because of its strong wording, courts have held that an Allen charge can only be delivered once during the deliberation phase. The judge can use a less stringent form of Allen charge during his first instructions to the jury, however. Essentially, an Allen charge acknowledges that the jury has become deadlocked or otherwise unable to reach a unanimous decision. The judge reminds the jury of the importance of the trial and how much time and effort has already been expended. Neither the prosecution or defense would want another trial, since the new jury would still hear the same evidence.

The Allen charge also reminds jurors that strongly held beliefs are not the same as careful consideration of the evidence. If the majority of the jurors agree on conviction, those in the minority should ask themselves why their opinions have not swayed the other jurors. If the majority vote for acquittal, then hold-outs for conviction may need to consider reasonable doubt. A modified Allen charge may also use flattering language about the jurors' dedication to duty and their ability to remain open-minded. The ultimate goal of an Allen or dynamite charge is to reinvigorate the jury and discourage lengthy but fruitless deliberations."

(THIS EXCERPT IS FROM THE MAINE LAW REVIEW:)

"DEADLOCKED JURIES AND THE ALLEN CHARGE
Juries in cases requiring a unanimous verdict have three alternatives: a guilty verdict, a not guilty verdict, or no verdict for lack of unanimity. Deadlocked juries have long created a problem for efficient judicial administration.

Early common law judges carried hung juries around in oxcarts until a verdict was "bounced out". More recent methods of forcing jurors to reach verdict have included requiring them to deliberate all night, and threatening to deprive them of water and heat.

( roflao )

A more subtle method of encouraging jurors to reach verdicts is a trial judge's supplemental instruction to deadlocked jurors...."

Well this is why she needs death. She will kill again in prison. That place is full of peeps who yell and threaten

I'm tellin ya, Mari, that bit really freaked me out something fierce. I think the jurors would have an easier time if they knew some of what we know and what is going on now! I think it's so wrong that they don't.
If she ever gets free it's be as bad a system malfunction as the Casey Anthony debacle.

I agree with you 18th. It freaks me out the way she sits for these interviews and obviously enjoys sparring with the reporters. It's all a game and she feels like she is winning. The rest of the world just has to figure out what the game is at the time. When asked if she is concerned about getting death penalty, the answer was not really. She feels like appeals will go on for years and if it happens at all, its years away. What an empty vessel. Also, apparently last night on HLN Chris Hughes was on and said that he is not married to the death penalty, even though she deserves it. He wants her to have the death row lifestyle. That is exactly how I feel.

HEADS UP!

Hey everyone, turn on HLN at NOON your time---The Kyra Philips show. She is interviewing a juror in the Petit case (a horrible murder of a family in Ct. a few years ago). The juror said they took 17 hours to come to a DEATH sentence for the 2 perps.

AND, THIS SOUNDS SOOOOO INTERESTING...
She is having someone on who took Jodi's photo and did an age progression of how she will look after years in prison!!
I am not missing that!!!! (Hope Jodi does lose all her looks and ends up with some nasty disease...Would not bother me at all.)

Me too, Tess. If she just gets life, prison is NOT as austere and punitive as it will be if she's on death row. Sorry, but that is not good enough for me...

Looking at her court behaviour- the way she was laughing with the Bailiff - Something else bothers me- She has a way of targetting gullible men. She will destroy someone else's life - a prison guard may be.

Was what JSS said yesterday to the jury considered an Allen Charge?

Nemo, not to say that it couldn't happen, but prison guards are very savvy with the manipulative games of inmates. I never worked in a prison, but I did work in a jail. As street smart as these criminals are (and they are in ways that we would never think of), the staff of given correctional institute are wise to the ways of the criminals. The rules are such that, if followed, will not put you in compromising positions. There are many inservice classes on inmates and their wily ways.

I believe it was Moosie. It was worded in the gentlest of ways though. Many of the TH lawyers said they hadn't heard it that way before. JSS offered help in any way the court could. If they had questions on the law, to contact court and lawyers or Judge could help clarify. I think, that they weren't deadlocked anyway. There are reports out there that the judge didn't read verbatim what the jury note said. I heard that it said: IF we are not unanimous, how do we go about letting the judge know? Which form do we fill out? I am paraphrasing here, but ostensibly the note started out with IF. That word carries a lot of weight. I'm not quite sure if the judge misinterpreted the note or the report is bogus. At any rate, I believe it was considered and Allen charge.

She would have killed again had she not been caught. She doesn't do well with rejection.

Now her family will be the new and everlasting victims - Jodi will work that guilt on them left and right. Every day. Every time she gets that 10 minute phone call home, she will end it with "if only you had loved me more, hugged me more, told me how great my art was"

F'k her

I happen to know a handful of prison guards. Two of them are psychopaths themselves.

Psychopaths love control - so you find them, often, in positions of control. Jodi is f'ked either way you slice it.

We simply can't be angry with this jury if they don't come back with death.

They do not know HALF of what we know. In fact, WE only know HALF of what Juan Martinez knows.

She's never getting out. I'm okay with that.

We can just look at Jodi's father to see what she will look like in a mere 10 years. Jodi's face is already sagging down - and that one eye - its f'ked up.
